Post Car won't start when its hot 

please help. I have a 1990 300SE. When it's cold it starts fine, but after it gets hot it dies. After it reaches it's operation temperature, the idle gets rough. If i step on the accelerator to increase rpm it's ok, but when I release the pedal it dies. Help!
