CL 500 engine shifter and gas mix problem

Post CL 500 engine shifter and gas mix problem 

I have been having a problem with getting my CL in gear after start. MB can not duplicate the problem. sometimes it will start and than die. i wait 10 minutes and it will start and trans will engage it is happening more frequently now. and i notice im buring much more gas lately any connection to the first question? this is a CL500 2002. any help??

should hook a diagnosis computer on your car during cold start to see what causing it. any other observation during cold start? the consumption could be another problem- check for leaks.
