I have recently bought a 2004 CLK320 with only 4500 miles but around town i am only getting about 17mpg. it is a auto transmission, is this about right for winter driving. thank you.

I have a 2003 CLK320 with automatic tranny and get about the same as you their not great on gas but ive had a lot worse.

Try the computer upgrade.  I have a 99CLk 320, and am getting around 25miles for city driving.
