Is there a computer program use for W202 & W210 to diagnose or scan the engine?

Yes, there are many tools available to scan the engine.
Besides of the original Mercedes Benz tester i.e. HHT or StarDiagnosis an idependent scanner can also do a limited work.
For the models you are asking, the scan tool from Hana Tech will do the job.

hi,there are many good tools that can scan the engine, such as Mercedes-Benz diagnosis, autoboss, multi diag access, launch x431.
