engine power concerns

Post engine power concerns 

I have a C200 elegance, 1994 11500 miles with a full service history, I, m having a problem with power. i can just about get to 70mph on the flat and if I have to go up a hill the car realy struggles. There is no smoke from the engine no unusual noises but it just lacks power. Any advice please
