Post Front Suspension Noise 

Hi all of you, my car is CLK320 '02.
The problem arose last week. Does anybody know what could be causing a "clunk" noise in the front suspension?
I replaced the strut because I thought it was causing the noise...
The noise is like two solid medles banging together...
I can hear it whenever I hit a bump or stop and go...

I have clk conv 03 and I have the same problem, I changed the front and back strut butthe noise still there and we even replaced few more parts and nothing changed. This only happen if I go over a speed pump wheel at a time not both wheels.  If somebody know the answer for this please help
