First time here. Unfortunately I have to say that I own a 2002 slk320 with a/t. Would like to know if anyone has had a problem with the gas tank bubbling up and/or overflowing when the tank is not full. At first I thought it was the gas pump nozzle, but after going to a few gas stations I realized the problem is my gas tank system.

I had the exact same problem and I think I can help you here.The fuel tank is not venting properly.I had to replace my fuel vent filter. I live in Auckland.
