   greetings from Queensland australia Greetings. I have a 1985 280CE with 240,000Klm on it. a 1960 Triumph TR3A and a 1975 V8 Triumph Stag?? sorry for the others! Our main car is the CE which I have converted to run exclusively on LPG due to the high cost of petrol in OZ and the relatively poor fuel consumption. Also with this high mileage it will now run cleaner for longer.. I hope. There are not too many of these running on LPG so I have had to do a bit of trial and error to get the tuning right, particularly as I am a bit of a beginner and learning as I go. The TR3A: Well it has been in bits under the house for 23 years and is now getting a restoration. every nut and bolt etc. About 1000 hours should do it, I have done 380 hours so far.. Meanwhile we are having too much fun with the CE to spend much time on the others. No pics just now but I will try to get a series. |
