I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on how to change my break pads on my slk? I wants to know if I needs a special tool or special instructions to do it.

No special tools needed. When you have replaced your pads & discs, protect the discs from warping as follows :
- When the brakes are hot (after a run through town etc.) & you come to traffic lights or a junction, do not sit waiting in the car with the footbrake applied.
This causes the surface of the disc (rotor) to cool at a different rate where the pad is in contact with it........this obviously leads to warping.......try to use the handbrake on these occasions.
