Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

Just wanted to ask the regulars. How to get more power out of my 97 C180 without spending the big bucks? Or what would be the basic mods to do?

There is not a lot you can do to get a big increase in power.Basic things like an exhaust and cam are it really,unless you are willing to spend the money to have your head removed and gas flowed.Even then you would get little more than a 30bhp increase.
Swapping in a turbo motor with ECU and wiring loom will give best results, but its a lot of work and money.

Done to my C200 what was just said....Not a major change in performance, bit more get up an go, but it felt a lot better to drive after.

Thanks for the info guys Just a little dissapointed on the limitations of basic mods for these cars. Does any one know how gaun i could expect form cams and exhaust. Car is daily driver and for the miles and year it is , looks pretty darn cool.
