Post idle problem

hello everyone,

i have a problem with s320 engine 104. the idle is about 750 if operating temperature is reached and if the lever shifted to D or R it goes down to about 600rpm and never gets back to 750rpm. also, when shifting to D and R the car surges. have any of you in here experience this one? could this be caused by the throttle valve actuator? exhaust(catalyst)? i tried adjusting the idle speed but no reaction on the tachometer. just to add up more information the engine is unstable(shaking). tried cleaning the injectors, replaced spark plugs, MAF. also, i tried to read the fault and the O2 sensor appears to be the faulty one. but all i know is the O2 sensors will just affect the idling. need help form all of you here who have so much experience with w140. thanks in advance.
