Hello everyone!!, it has been a while since I bothered our coummunity last....
Now I have this challenge....my car is leaking oil big time!!, after cleaning my engine at a car wash, I realized the leak was coming (for what I could tell ) behind the belt pulley, and everything pointed for the oil filter housing to be leaking at its base....what is the problem?...well, the exploded views I have on my vehicle are for the engine that do not have an air pump, setup version which by the way seems less complex than mine...
Does anybody out there has the right procedure to remove the oil housing on this 1998 c280 sport version?...
I'm a little bit scare, because I ran into some diagrams that seem to show that the housing is part of the timing chain cover, and yes, as You guessed, involves more time to be fixed...
