ny car not warming up

Post ny car not warming up 

I am just wondering if anyone would know why my car hot air is more like luke warm..even after engine is running for 45 minutes..(this includes warm up time and driving time)
Any idea what may fix this problem? Before the frost bite gets worst!

slow warm up. could just be a stucked open thermostat.

yes agree with mbenzoi, have your dealer check the engine thermostat, and replace it if necessary.

Does the temp gauge show normal temp?
If so check duo valves for operation or cdash control unit.

it could be the thermostat. try checking it. Coolant should begin to circulate through the radiator. If this action does not occur, the thermostat may be defective and needs a replacement.
