rough idle

Post rough idle 

i need help.. My dads 93 600sl is  having some problems.. Just recently the check engine light came on.. and the car feels like its running a bit rough.  It seems it needs more throttle to do the same job.

 The tach is a little bouncy.  He unplugged the battery and the engine light went off but the car is still running a little rough.  when i say rough its not like it spits and sputters it just feels like it doesnt have the same powerl. Also  the ASR light comes on ..would that affect it?

Hi, it could be the MAF sensor or Fuel injectors....
