SL 500 makes noise

Post SL 500 makes noise 

My CL 500 makes noise that comes from the front of the car
after accelerating to 50MPH and above. Sound sort of like a knocking
or when a tire is loose. When you let off the gas the noise stops.
It also gets louder the faster you go. Any ideas?

I need more info to help could be a wheel bearing, loose body panel(bumper) or any number of things..
