Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

Hi,

My C220 1995 Cigarette Lighter wiring shorted/burnt. Attach is the pic of the white connecter (4 wires). I assume2 each  for bulb & lighter. Where does the wiring lead to? Is there a replacement part (number)?

Does it run/connect to above the acceleartor pedal?

I have remove most component to get to the wiring but it run behind the tachometer dash into like a black conduit doen to the above the accelerator pedal into a passage into the fuse box. I nned to access this section of tachometer dash to complete removal of wiring. Need to remove all the dash , all bolts are out, is it still being held by the top black vent?
