on the junk or you can find this parts on ebay. need a thorough research though.

Got the same problem, loose parts (handles, knobs, etc.) keep falling off... Leave it as it is, noone can see it when it's folded back.  Smile

MB replaced the entire visor, it was expensive but not horrible. some people have made pivots out of metal rod
