Post would jump out of 3rd & 4th gears 

Any ideas why an auto CL55 would jump out of 3rd & 4th gears and how to fix it? Also, cruise is not working. All the appropriate lights come on but nothing happens when I try to set it. I've been told it could either be a vacuum on a joint by the near side front wing, near the back, or a relay. Anyone know where the relay is?
